mechanical technician (FS), educated mouldmaker (HWK)
working in the LSR mouldmaking and injection moulding industry since 1985
and our highly appreciated team of expert employees and suppliing companies.
Since
more
than
40
years
now
we
are
dedicating
our
time
to
the
injection
moulding
technoligy
-
from
moulding
design
to
mouldmaking
to
the
process
of
injection
moulding.
The
2
founders
started
in
the
business
with
an
apprenticeship
as
mouldmakers
beginning
from
1983
in
a
company
called
Herbert
Heyer
mouldmaking.
Right
from
the
beginning
our
main
focus
was
lying
on
the
LIM
(Liquid
Injection
Moulding)
technolgy
and
the
processing
of
LSR
(Liquid
Silicone
Rubber)
on
injection
moulding
machines.
In
close
cooperation
with
Arburg
and
Dr.
Boy
first
systems
for the production of baby bottle nipples and soothers were developed and build.
Short history of PMS GmbH :
1996
- Founding of PMS GmbH in Koblenz - development, design and building of moulds and cold runner
systems for the processing of LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber)
1999
- Relocation of the business domicil to Leuterod (close to Montabur), Enlargement of the mouldshop and
design capacities
2014
- Enlargement of capacities due to cooperation with partner companies and external services.
